Patrick Kurowski to head up the Industrial Team of CBRE Poland

Warsaw, 4 October 2011 – CBRE announce that Patrick Kurowski is appointed as their Head of Industrial and Logistics Department.

Patrick Kurowski, born in Austria, joined the Poland Industrial and Logistics Team based in Warsaw as Senior Property Negotiator in October last year. In his role, Patrick was responsible for leasing and marketing strategies, property acquisitions and disposals and also consultancy work for CBRE’s international client base. Now he will be heading up the Industrial Team.

Having joined CBRE Austria in 2007, Patrick worked for three years in Valuation and Agency/Global Corporate Service Teams, being responsible for both office and industrial instructions.

Prior to joining CBRE Patrick worked for more than 4 years for a general contractor in the building and construction sector in Austria.

Patrick is applying for a membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor and holds a title of Certified Asset Consultant. Patrick speaks fluent Polish, German and English and his hobby includes sports, international economics, travelling and music.
