NEW APPOINTMENTS AT CBRE’S RETAIL AGENCY
AND BUILDING CONSULTANCY TEAMS IN POLAND
Warsaw, 26 June 2013 – CBRE is pleased to announce two new appointments in Poland.
Marta Orłowska recently joined the Retail Team as a Senior Property Negotiator. In her new role she will be responsible for conducting the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlords, securing new tenants, as well as preparing market analysis and reports on the commercialization process.
Marta has 6 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to CBRE, she worked at DTZ Polska in the Retail Agency. Previous to DTZ, she worked for Rowland Communications where she was supporting Corporate and Financial Relations Department.
Marta Orłowska graduated from the Cardinal Wyszynski University in Warsaw, Faculty of Journalism, and post-graduated from the WSEiZ (Warsaw School of Ecology and Management), Faculty Real Estate Brokerage.
Marta Orłowska holds a Real Estate Broker License and is continuing her education within CCIM Institute.
She speaks fluent English and her hobbies include dance, folk music and sport: judo, squash, skiing.
Jan Przeniosło was appointed as a Project Manager at the Building Consultancy Department. He will be based in Cracow and focusing on project and cost management of the office, retail and industrial properties across Poland.
Jan Przeniosło has over 9 years of project and cost management experience on Polish and European market. Prior to CBRE, he run for over 3 years his own company Bud-Consulting. Previous to his own business, Jan worked as a Site Manager - Coordinator in TriGranit- Arcadom Poland, being responsible for the building progress control of Bonarka City Center in Cracow.
Jan Przeniosło graduated from the University of Technology in Cracow, Faculty of Civil Engineering and post-graduated from the University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Faculty of Marketing & Management.
Jan speaks fluent English and his hobbies include climbing, skiing and sailing.
