NEW APPOINTMENTS AT CBRE’S OFFICE AGENCY AND BUILDING CONSULTANCY TEAMS IN POLAND

Warsaw, 9 August 2013 – CBRE is pleased to announce two new appointments in Poland.

Rafał Sękowski was appointed as a Junior Property Negotiator in Office Agency. Rafał will be based in Kraków, where he will be responsible for lease negotiations on behalf of both Landlors and Tenants, monitoring local office market, as well as securing new clients.

Rafał Sękowski has over eight years of real estate experience. He started his professional career as a Property Valuer in Chicago, where he cooperated with the largest financial institutions in the US.

Rafał studied at Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Economy majoring in Finance and Banking, and Real Estate Economics. He holds the US Real Estate Appraiser License and is a member of National Association of Realtors.

Rafał speaks fluent English and his hobbies include sailing, scuba diving and photography.

Dariusz Szulc recently joined the Building Consultancy Team as an Assistant. In his new role he will be responsible for administration of the department, providing specific advice on building environment services installations (HVAC), preparing and updating databases, as well as supporting Head of department and project managers.

Prior to CBRE, Dariusz worked in KMW Engineering Sp. z o.o., where he was responsible for preparation of as-built documentation of industrial ventilation on a nuclear power plant in Olkiluoto, Finland. He also worked for Daikin Airconditioning Poland Sp. z o.o. as an internal sales support. He was involved in projects of VRV cooling, chilled water and air applied systems for offices. The work for ART Studio involved him in projects on HVAC installation for block of flats and offices.

Dariusz Szulc graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Environmental Engineering, major in district heating, heating and ventilation.
