New appointments at CBRE

Warsaw, 29 September 2011 – CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) today announced two new appointments.

Grzegorz Woźniakowski has joined the Valuation Team as a Senior Property Valuer. He will be focusing on valuation of office, retail and industrial properties across Poland. Grzegorz will be also monitoring local real estate market for investment feasibility analysis.

Prior to CBRE Grzegorz Woźniakowski worked as a Senior Property Valuer at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Grzegorz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, Faculties of Management & Marketing and International Affairs. He also post graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (Faculty of Property Valuation) and the Warsaw University of Live Sciences (Faculty of Real Estate Brokerage).

Grzegorz holds a Polish Valuer License and is in process of finalizing Real Estate Broker License.

He speaks fluent English and his hobby includes sport, 20th century world history and historical cars.

Jarosław Mikołajczyk has been appointed as a Senior Property Negotiator in the Global Corporate Services (GCS) Team. In his new role he will be responsible for searching new retail locations across Poland and conducting negotiations on leasing, sale and purchase of the commercial properties on behalf of the client.

Prior to CBRE Jarosław run his own company – advisory on commercial real estate market across Poland. Previously he worked as a Senior Inspector at BRE Bank in Warsaw, being responsible for searching new locations for the bank branches across Poland.

Jarosław Mikołajczyk graduated from the University of Economics in Poznan, Faculty of Management and post graduated from AGH Academy of Science and Technology in Krakow, Faculty of Real Estate Brokerage. He is also finalizing post graduate studies at AGH, Faculty of Property Management. Jarosław holds Property Broker License.

He speaks fluent English and his hobby includes climbing, travelling and digital photography.
