New appointments at CB Richard Ellis
CB Richard Ellis further strengthen its team in Poland.
Richard Ellis today announced the following appointments:
Patrick Kurowski has recently joined the Poland Industrial and Logistics Team based in Warsaw as Senior Property Negotiator. Born in Austria, he is liaising with all International- and particularly German clients, especially logistics companies and investors, seeking to invest in commercial real estate in Poland. In his role, Patrick is responsible for leasing and marketing strategies, property acquisitions and disposals and also consultancy work for CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics Clients.
Having joined CBRE Austria in 2007, Patrick worked for three years in Valuation and Agency/Global Corporate Service Teams, being responsible for both office and industrial instructions.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Patrick worked for more than 4 years for a general contractor in the building and construction sector in Austria.
Patrick is a student member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor and Certified Asset Consultant.
Patrick speaks fluent Polish, German and English and his hobby includes sports, international economics, travelling and music.
Aleksander Kuźniewski has recently joined the CB Richard Ellis Industrial and Logistics Team as Property Negotiator, where he will be mainly responsible for handling relations with International Clients as well as leasing and marketing of Industrial warehouse and logistic projects across Poland.
He previously worked at DTZ as a Property Negotiator but his experience in logistics gained working for Vos Logistics as Senior Fleet Manager. Graduating from the Academy of Economics in Poznań, he also completed post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in real estate brokerage.
He speaks fluent English and enjoys spending his free time outdoors – especially in the Warmia and Masuria lakes region.
Konrad Najechalski has been appointed a Property Negotiator at the Office Agency, where he will be supporting the Landlord Representation Team. He will be responsible for commercialization of the office buildings and securing new clients.
Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Konrad worked at HAKONA as a Retail Sales and Company Strategy Development Specialist. He also worked as a Project Manager at Interbiuro.
He graduated from the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship in Warsaw and the University of Bradford - Faculty of International Business and Management. He also completed post- graduate studies in the Institute of Spatial Management and Housing in Warsaw – Real Estate Brokerage.
Konrad speaks fluent English. His hobbies include basketball, calisthenics, movies, and reading books.
