NEW APPOINTMENT AT CBRE’S BUILDING CONSULTANCY
AND GLOBAL CORPORATE SERVICES TEAMS IN POLAND

Warsaw, 15 April 2013 – CBRE is pleased to announce two new appointments at its Warsaw Office.

Iwona Pasik was appointed as an Architect in Building Consultancy department. She will be responsible for interior design of CBRE’s new office in Atrium 1 as well as providing Workplace Consultancy and design services.

Iwona Pasik has over 12 years of professional experience in designing, coordinating structural and ME services. During her career she worked from concept to completion on a number of commercial office spaces and hotels.

Prior to CBRE, Iwona Pasik worked as a Project Architect with an emphasis on interior design for Aedas.

Iwona speaks fluent English and French and her hobbies include horse riding, skiing and travelling.

Jakub Guziński recently joined the Global Corporate Services (GCS) Team as a Portfolio Administrator. In his new role he will be responsible for lease negotiations of behalf of the Client, property inspections and monitoring of contractual obligations of the Client.

Jakub Guziński joined CBRE in 2010. Previous to GCS department, he worked at CBRE Corporate Outsourcing as a Senior Data Administrator, being responsible for development and maintenance of the Client’s specific processes and developing a long-term portfolio optimization strategy.

Jakub speaks fluent English and his hobbies include Chinese language, chess and travelling. He also plays the bass guitar in a band.
