Marsh & McLennan companies first to enter office development project Nimbus in Warsaw


Warsaw, 9 December 2014 – Marsh & McLennan Companies have leased new office space in the office development project Nimbus in Warsaw owned by the Austrian investor and developer IMMOFINANZ Group. The removal has been scheduled for January 2015. The firm leased approx. 5 800 sq. m of office space. CBRE advised the tenant in the negotiation process and building consultancy.

Within their structures in Poland, 4 companies need to be named: Marsh and Guy Carpenter in the Risk and Insurance Services and Mercer and Oliver Wyman in consulting area. All four departments will have their new offices located in Nimbus Office.

Nimbus Office building is the first office development by the firm in Warsaw.

Nimbus Office is a distinctive A class office building, located in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 98, in the very close vicinity to Plac Zawiszy. Its architectural concept is based on a modern, sophisticated and spacious design. The building offers more than 19,000 sq. m of office and retail space. Extensive, light-flooded areas combined with green terraces and balconies will create an enjoyable working atmosphere.
The building is very conveniently located in Ochota district, at the fringe of Warsaw’s City Centre and its future occupiers will benefit from the proximity to central and western rail stations as well as an excellent public transportation network (trams, busses, trains).
The building will soon receive LEED certificate. Having the safety of its occupiers in mind the building is equipped with state-of-the-art life and safety systems.
