LeasePlan Fleet Management Polska has leased new office space in the NC3 building in Warsaw. The removal has been scheduled for late Q1 2015. The firm leased approx.1960 sq m of office space. CBRE advised the tenant in the negotiation process and building consultancy.

The Polish branch of LeasePlan has been operating since 2001 and is a part of the global corporation LeasePlan Corporation N.V. – the largest provider of Car Fleet Management services in the world. LeasePlan has over 6,500 employees in 32 countries, manages the fleet of 1.3 million vehicles and has a contract portfolio worth EUR 14 billion. Currently, LeasePlan Polska manages a fleet of over 23,000 cars for over 900 clients. According to the Polish Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, among all CFM firms associated in this organisation, LeasePlan has the largest share in the exclusive management and long-term leasing market and is the no. 1 company in the car fleet management market in Poland.

"The new location is more spacious and offers higher standard. It is the result of the firm's development and increase in the number of employees. The new office meets the needs of employees, increases the work comfort, is easily accessible and offers a car park. Functional solutions allow for more effective use of working as well as leisure time and cater to the needs of parents who must combine many duties," said Slawomir Wontrucki, Managing Director, LeasePlan Fleet Management Polska.

"NC3 was chosen because of many factors, such as its location (because of its activities, LeasePlan has to remain in Mokotow District) and advantages of the area, such as nearness of exit roads from the city. We are very proud to have been entrusted with the negotiations by LeasePlan," said Milosz Michalski, Associate Director, Office Agency, CBRE.

"We are glad that our efforts to provide an adequate number of parking spaces and convenient road and access infrastructure to the NC3 building (the asset is accessible from three main transport routes of Mokotow) were appreciated by a firm from the CFM business," said Agnieszka Kozlowska, representative of ECI S.A., the developer of the property. The NC3 building is the sixth development by the firm in Mokotów District.
