Warsaw, 20 August 2014 – LeasePlan Fleet Management Polska has leased new office space in the NC3 building in Warsaw. The removal has been scheduled for late Q1 2015. The firm leased approx.1960 sq m of office space. CBRE advised the tenant in the negotiation process and building consultancy.

The Polish branch of LeasePlan has been operating since 2001 and is a part of the global corporation LeasePlan Corporation N.V. – the largest provider of Car Fleet Management services in the world. LeasePlan has over 6,500 employees in 32 countries, manages the fleet of 1.3 million vehicles and has a contract portfolio worth EUR 14 billion. Currently, LeasePlan Polska manages a fleet of over 23,000 cars for over 900 clients. According to the Polish Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, among all CFM firms associated in this organisation, LeasePlan has the largest share in the exclusive management and long-term leasing market and is the no. 1 company in the car fleet management market in Poland.

The NC3 building is the sixth development by the firm in Mokotów District.
