Konstruktorska Business Center applies for Green Certificate
Bratislava/Warszawa, 21.09.2011 –The Konstruktorska Businees Center is undertaking an environmental assessment under the BREEAM Europe Commercial scheme. The BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is the worlds’ leading and most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings.
The assessment being carried out by Epstein licensed assessor covers the following categories of sustainability - Management, Health & Wellbeing, Energy, Transportation, Water, Materials, Waste, Land Use & Ecology, Pollution and Innovation.

Topping out at 48,000 square meters KBC is scheduled for completion in April 2012 and delivery of the building is planned at the end of 2012. The construction works of the Building, designed by the renowned architects Epstein, have been underway since April this year.
The Building will offer A class office and retail space and a friendly working environment. Additionally the building will be supplied only with green energy from renewable sources and it will be equipped with over 30 charging stations for the electric cars.
The project will have 7 overground floors, together with 2 underground levels accommodating 1,070 parking spaces. With the typical floor size exceeding 7,300 sq m it will be the biggest office floorplate available on the market in Poland.
