IPSOS MOVES ITS HEADQUARTERS TO AMBASSADOR IN WARSAW

Warsaw, 2 July 2013 – CBRE, the world’s largest real estate advisory firm, announced today that Ipsos has leased 2,600 sq m of office space in the Ambassador office building in Warsaw. CBRE advised the Tenant during the negotiation process

Ipsos is an international company specializing in projects covering marketing, advertising, media, consumer satisfaction and loyalty as well as in opinion surveys.

The Ambassador, owned by Kronos Real Estate, is an A class office building conveniently located in Warsaw’s Mokotow Business District. The Building offers 14,900 sq m of modern office space, 1,000 sq m of retail space and 298 parking places available on four underground levels. The Building was opened in March 2013 and is a part of a bigger office and residential complex developed by Kronos Real Estate.

“CBRE advised the Tenant in the consolidation of the office space process and negotiated attractive lease terms for Ipsos. The consolidation of two currently occupied offices will significantly improve the communication within the company, and the convenient location of Ambassador will be appreciated by Ipsos’ employees and the clients.” – said Joanna Kalinowska, Associate Director in CBRE’s Office Agency Team.
