HTC POLAND HAS LEASED OFFICE SPACE
IN JEROZOLIMSKIE BUSINESS PARK IN WARSAW


Warsaw, 17 July 2013 – CBRE, the world’s leading real estate advisory firm, announced today that HTC Poland has leased 186 sq. m of office space in Jerozolimskie Business Park, building C, in Warsaw, Poland. CBRE advised the Tenant in the negotiation process.


HTC Poland is a part of HTC Corporation (HTC) group. HTC is a designer and manufacturer of many of the most popular, innovative and awarded mobile devices. Their portfolio includes smartphones and tablets.

Jerozolimskie Business Park is an office complex consisting of four separate buildings with a total leasable area of over 16,000 sq. m. Also other companies from the advanced technology sector are Tenants of this Property. Jerozolimskie Business Park is owned by a fund of IVG Immobilien AG Group, a leading investment organisation in Europe.
