HEWLETT-PACKARD SIGNED LEASE AGREEMENT IN UNIVERSITY BUSINESS CENTER II BUILDING
CBRE office team advised HP during the negotiation process.
The Warsaw office of Hewlett-Packard is its biggest premises in Poland. According to the lease agreement, HP will be occupying 10 400 sq m of office space.
Warsaw, 5th February 2015 – CBRE Office Department advised Hewlett-Packard in extension of the lease agreement in University Business Center II building, located at Szturmowa street in Warsaw. The Warsaw office of Hewlett-Packard is its biggest premises in Poland. According to the lease agreement, HP will be occupying 10 400 sq m of office space.
