Outlet Park Szczecin, owned by Echo Investment, is the first outlet centre in the West Pomerania region. The total area of the Property is 30,200 sq. m. Outlet Park Szczecin offers 24,200 sq. m of GLA, approximately 130 stores and 1,400 parking places. Echo Investment is one of the largest investment and developer companies with Polish capital in Europe.

CBRE was responsible for the commercialization of Outlet Park Szczecin.
