Warsaw, 14 September 2011 – Europlan has announced today the start of construction of its flagship building – Warsaw’s Feniks.

Feniks, being developed by Europlan, will provide 9,000 sq m of prime grade A office and 1,000 sq m of retail space in the heart of Warsaw city centre when it is completed in December 2012. The construction works at ul. Żelazna 32 has already started.

I’m convinced we have put in place an agency team that will be able to highlight its significant advantages and rapidly fill the available space.”

“Feniks is one of the most exciting business locations in Warsaw city centre and I have no doubt that will attract a diverse range of tenants. It is also one of a very few modern office buildings being currently developed in the Warsaw’s city center.” – said Łukasz Kałędkiewicz, director of office agency at CB Richard Ellis.
