CBRE PROMOTES CLARE SHEILS TO HEAD OF VALUATION CEE

Warsaw, 19 March 2014 – As per March 1, CBRE has promoted Clare Sheils, currently Head of Valuation for the Czech Republic, to Head of Valuation for the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.

Warsaw, 19 March 2014 – As per March 1, CBRE has promoted Clare Sheils, currently Head of Valuation for the Czech Republic, to Head of Valuation for the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.

Clare will continue to head up the Czech Valuation teams, but will broaden her role to overseeing all CBRE’s market leading Valuation teams in CEE, covering Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia as well as CBRE Affiliated offices in Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia and Ukraine. She replaces Graham MacMillan, who is relocating back to the UK, where he will continue to work as Senior Director in CBRE’s International Valuation team.

Clare, a qualified surveyor, joined CBRE in March 2013, prior to this she worked at DTZ in the UK, before moving to DTZ’s Valuation team in the Czech Republic in 2008. She became head of Valuation at CBRE in 2013.

Commenting on her promotion, Andreas Ridder, Chairman CEE at CBRE said:
