CBRE HAS BEEN SELECTED TO MANAGE KAPELANKA 42 OFFICE BUILDING IN KRAKOW, POLAND


Warsaw, 20 May 2014 – CBRE, the world’s leading real estate advisory firm, is pleased to announce that it has been selected to manage Kapelanka 42 office building in Krakow. The owner of the project is Skanska Property Poland.

Kapelanka 42 is a modern office complex located at the junction of Kapelanka and Kobierzyńska Streets in Podgórze, a dynamically developing district of Krakow. The scheme will consist of two A-class office buildings with a total area of approximately 30 000 sq m. Kapelanka 42 will be delivered in the third quarter of 2014. The project has been pre-certified for LEED system in Gold level. Medusa Group architectural studio is responsible for the design of the scheme, and the general contractor is Skanska S.A.
