Warsaw, 18 March 2014 – CBRE, the world's leading real estate advisory firm, has informed about four recent appointments and a promotion in the Global Corporate Services department.

Agnieszka Jankowska has been promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager. She joined CBRE in 2010. She is responsible for negotiations and renegotiations of commercial premises lease agreements, land and developed property sales transactions and managing clients' portfolios.
Agnieszka Jankowska has graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. She has a track record of over 7 years in the commercial real estate market, including 3 years in CBRE's global corporate services.

Beata Krzywańska has become Market Unit Leader for CEE. In her new role, she will manage local teams responsible for Shell's portfolio in the region and will be developing a strong relationship with Shell.

Beata Krzywańska is a licensed property manager with a track record of over 12 years in the commercial real estate market. Previously, she was Property Management Director at PZU Group, where she headed a group of 100 property managers and administrators and managed 1,200 real estate assets belonging to the Group.

Mirosław Hartowicz has joined CBRE as Acqusition Broker. In his new role, he will be responsible for negotiating purchase and land-lease agreements of land for Shell filling stations. He will also deal with the analysis and assessment of the suitability of the property and provide support in obtaining administrative decisions.

Mirosław Hartowicz has a track record of over 10-years in retail chain expansion and development. Previously, he worked for Statoil Poland as Real Estate Executive, where he was responsible for development of the firm and acquisition of new locations in Silesia, Opole and Malopolska provinces. Prior to that, he worked for PKN Orlen as a filling station acquisition Specialist.

Mirosław Hartowicz has graduated from the University of Silesia, Law and Administration Faculty. He has also completed post-graduate studies in Property Valuation and Management at the University of Silesia and is a licensed property manager.

Paweł Meszyński has become Acquisition Manager, to be responsible for negotiating purchase and land-lease agreements on behalf of the Client.

Paweł Meszyński has over 16 years of experience in the real estate market. Before joining CBRE, he worked for Admus on the position of Development Director, where he was dealing with obtaining and negotiating contracts for property management and supervised building administrators. Prior to that, for 4 years he was Director of Development at Gestesa Polska. Between 1998 and 2007 he was Project Leader at Statoil Polska.

Paweł Meszyński has graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems. He has also finished post-graduate studies in Property Management at Real Estate University in Warsaw.

Grzegorz Szymański has joined CBRE as Transaction Coordinator. In his new role he will be responsible for supporting Cluster Manager and Portfolio Management Director in acquisition and sales of real estate assets, checking local spatial development plans and identifying new investment projects in the filling station market.

Previously, Grzegorz Szymański worked for Czerwona Torebka as Real Estate Partner. His responsibilities included acquiring new locations for commercial purposes. Prior to that, he was gaining professional experience at the research department of GENI Polska.

Grzegorz Szymański holds a real estate broker’s license. He has graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in the field of Spatial Management. He is also a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lazarski University in Warsaw and of post-graduate studies in Real Estate Brokerage at Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
