– CBRE, the leading global property adviser, announced today that it advised the vendors Panattoni Europe and Pramerica in their sale of Panattoni Park Ozarow and Panattoni Park Pruszkow to RREEF Real Estate. The properties comprise of 4 prime logistics buildings totaling 81,330 sq m. Sean Doyle, Associate Director, Capital Markets at CBRE in Poland:

“With the huge development of infrastructure across the country in the form of newly constructed motorways and express roads, the Polish market is reaping the benefits of its excellent geographical location. International occupiers, logistics providers and investors alike are now fully appreciating Poland’s uniqueness in this respect. Poland is perfectly positioned to act as a distribution hub for international companies shipping their goods to the growing economies of Central and Eastern Europe and beyond, as well as servicing the large domestic demand. This is set to continue in the future with the growth of e-tailing and other segments of the market in the region. Global and local brands will be expanding their operations to meet growing demand in this part of the world which will require them to build and expand their logistic operations which in turn creates significantly increased demand in the logistics sector.”
