CBRE ADVISED HINES ON THE ACQUISITION OF SKY OFFICE CENTER

Warsaw, 26 January 2015 – CBRE, the world’s leading real estate advisor, exclusively advised Hines on the acquisition of Sky Office Center, Warsaw’s office buildings located on Rzymowskiego 31 street.

Mike Atwell, Head of CEE Capital Markets at CBRE, commented:

“Sky Office Center is an opportunity for smaller and medium sized tenants that require proper class A prime space and will fits well into Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund strategy. Looking ahead into 2015 there is some thought that the prime assets have all traded and therefore we will see a general slowdown in activity, but at CBRE we have been acting already on numerous transactions that are all due to complete in Q1 2015. The upcoming year will bring both large and small sized investment transactions in Warsaw and Polish regional cities.”

Sky Office Center is a modern Class A office building. Located at the intersection of Rzymowskiego and Modzelewskiego Streets, the six-story building totalling 4,800 square meters is fully leased. An elegant reception lobby and retail space are situated on the ground floor.
The tenants of Sky Office Center have an underground car park for 57 cars at their disposal. The building was completed in September 2013.
Located in Warsaw's Służewiec next to a dynamically growing business district of Mokotów, the development guarantees its tenants access to complex infrastructure, public transport and main arterial roads that allow for a fast commute by car both to the center of the city and the Chopin Airport.
