CB Rchard Ellis continues Polish Business expansion with opening of new office in Wrocław.

CB Richard Ellis Polska announced that it has opened an office in Wrocław, the capital of Dolnośląskie (Lower Silesia) Voivodship. Lower Silesia region is one of Poland’s fastest growing economies and the huge potential for expansion of its real estate market makes it attractive for CB Richard Ellis’ international clients.

The new office will be headed up by Paweł Boczar, Associate Director, with background in real estate services, valuation and development. Mr. Boczar was heading its own real estate brokerage company for over five years. He also had worked for AWBud, local developer. He is graduated from Wrocław University and holds two faculties – in Law and Administration and in Geography. He also has completed post graduate studies in property valuations and hold brokerage license.

The move into Wrocław further strengthens CB Richard Ellis’ platform in Poland and will be followed by further changes and appointments in CBRE Poznań and Kraków offices.
